RCSI Bahrain Royal College of Surgeons

RCSI Bahrain Royal College of Surgeons was founded in 2004 on the heritage of Surgeons in Ireland founded in 1784, RCSI aims to enhance health in Bahrain, the other GCC countries and beyond through endeavour, innovation and collaboration in education, research and service.

The RCSI Bahrain is a constituent university of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. The role of the University is to provide healthcare education and training to world standards in Bahrain, drawing students from Bahrain, the other GCC countries and beyond. Graduates of the medical course will be awarded the licentiates of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and the degrees of MB BCh BAO. The standards set down by the World Federation for Medical Education apply.
